September 1, 2009: The Cowboys lost to the San Francisco 49ers Saturday 20-13. Breaking News: The Dallas Cowboys have played two games in their newly opened, $1.2 billion stadium in Arlington, Texas. So far, spectators have been dazzled by the suspended jumbo-tron and the emence size of the facility. The first regular season game will be played on September 20, 2009.

The Dallas Cowboys have adopted the 'Wildcat' formation. The formation was created by Gus Malzahn, a former offensive coordinator for the Arkansas Razorbacks. The formation allows the running back to take the direct snap, and the Cowboys running back Felix Jones has had lots of practice with the Wildcat because he is from Arkansas. Dallas also put their own twist on the formation. It will be called the 'Razorback', which is only appropriate because it was conceived in Arkansas, Felix Jones played for Arkansas, and Jerry Jones is from Arkansas.
